it depends when these property trusts reset their hedges, from memory RAT was 2 or 3 years away, you need to check this.
Depends also on your time frame, i am not calling for a bottom yet on the USD, but i don't think it's that far away.
I previously have held RAT, but currently only hold MRA, compare the charts it would be similar, thankfully the quarterly dividend takes my mind off SP performance.
