There were 148 million shares traded since6/10/2017, one of my guesses for the reason of absence of substantial holding is the delay of lodging of substantial holding notices....so I asked the penalty for late lodgement.... other guess is there is no substantial notices because the 148 millions shares are 50 million shares traded 3x. These are all guesses.....
