Thanks to all above regarding the AGM and getting a sense of perhaps some of the improvements that holders hope to see.
So couple of questions:
- in light of the them moving to Genesys, does it mean their existing C5 software needs to be written down
- with all of these changes, EPS is only forecast to be 14-14.5c which is not really an impressive performance so where if anywhere are we seeing improvements come through in the financials
