There's a cash sweep facility as part of the debt facility which means FND cash position is limited. FND are paying back debt (rapidly) and also paying down an 'out-of-the-money' hedge. The hedge was a condition of the debt facility also.
Copper prices are up, and it looks like a great commodity to be in over the next few years. I expect the debt to be gone in 2018. Then... DIVVIES!
