Are we watching the same video? Please indicate to video time where Ross did not ingratiate himself?

Obviously there is going to bias from both sides KCN board supporters and MTR supporters. For example you said 'KCN plants'? A nice spin, but when are KCN employees not allowed to attend their own AGM.

Around 46 mins into the video there was questions asked by MTR support with regard to a Thai, all I saw was Ross responding to the question and history.

This debate is getting a little tiresome.. All I can say to KCN shareholder - please get to know the facts and the history. Obviously MTR supporters are saying they got the board experience and the mysterious Thai connections to restart the Chatree mine and its going to be smoth and plain sailing. But if you examine the history there is only 1 large gold mine that has been developed in Thailand and there are reasons and explanation for this.

MTR are going to flourish the facts to get KCN shareholder votes, but at the moment I have yet to see compelling plan - so far I have seen some vague statements.

There are also flip-flopping, at a press release and TV interview the MTR MD said it would jettison the arbitration process but later MTR supporters release their plan prior to AGM and instead they change tact and now saying that they will review the PRI claim and arbitration process. If you did reads these posts you know their intent is clear.. initiate board spill - Jettison the Arbitration process and as consequence jeopardize PRI claim and safeguard their Zinc exploration tenements in Thailand and possible expedite approvals. Secondary consideration is great they might get to operate a producing gold asset (Chatree) - but so far a log vague statement about financial backing and reviewing project finance providers.

MTR board spill is for the benefit of MTR there is no benevolent or white knight motivation for KCN shareholders. And contrary to how their relish their board CV - MTR has a bunch exploration stuff and hardly generating any revenue - on that perspective MTR is a company untested in operating mining assets. Their majority of their board are a bunch of ex-investment bankers and only 1 board member that is mining veteran.... I wouldn't categorize that as resounding qualification in being experts in running a mining company in Thailand .
