"The Placement Option Offer is only made to and is only capable of acceptance by professional
and sophisticated investors who participated in the placement of shares announced by the
Company on 31 August 2017, 4 October 2017 and 27 November 2017 (the Placement)"
So, not open to us Mom & Pops?
