The most likely outcome is that Lane/Vickers take this out privately.
Gazal has 7% at $1 average. Will they accept any less?
The core Oroton brand is valuable.
Can see it being spun back out to the market in a few years!
Even if Lane/Vickers bid 1$ per share, this will cost them about 26 million.
They may try a low ball offer less than that, I doubt that will get up.
But, at least we now do not have long to wait...
