A big company like Commandcom will not depend on staff. It runs depending on core employees (chief managers, term leaders). They will not leave easily, cos the company pay them very good. They just need work overtime about half year, waiting for the new staff get familier and familier with their duty.
And there are always lots of good people in the market looking for a new position. Not like you reckoned, they are 2nd level.
