It's like a scene from Jaws.....the big shark is lurking, the jaws theme music in the background and wham.....he will bite and clean all on offer to 10.5c.....there's just not enough coming out for him in the low 9's.....so he has to eat...LOL!!!

I'm with you on the mid teens and for those saying we are overbought.....think again, we were undervalued and only now is that true value getting to a level more in keeping with where the company is at with it's business. IMO
