We could be very close to a low ball TO and the delayed release of the risk report could be held to deter any would be aggressors.
Why shop window the company, keep them all guessing string it out and then use it against any low ball offer.
FAR are progressing all financing options ATM so it may also have allot to do with that.
Just keeping the powder dry before lighting the fuse. Delaying tactics may still be the more prudent action we know what we have confirmed by an independent group and that is for us and for you to find out.
