I am taken a bit by surprise as well on this. BTC is over 10K for the first time. DCC's buying on ADVFN shows 7.1 million shares against 4.8 million sold. The Bankera ICO looks like its doing well to this point. Overall all seems to be positive. Then why is it trading at 2.30 cents ? Any explanation ?
