where is the vision

trouble with the current lot of Politicians on BOTH sides is we have no real vision and NO real view of the future.


for example.....since the Coalition announced the tax cuts....what did Rudd do?????....announce the same.

where was the vision in that.

why didn't Rudd seize the moment and talk about a one rate flat tax rate????

whats wrong with EVERYONE paying the same rate......that is as fair as it gets isn't it?


why do we have to sign an agreement like the Kyoto protocol?

aren't we able to establish our own achievable targets?


where was the vision there?

why couldn't we tell the world we were going to use clean coal technology.....combined with solar,wind and geothermal in a national grid.

move all vehicles to ethanol based fuel by 2020

where were the social justice vision?

why can't we treat everyone the same.....have a referendum where ALL citizens have equal rights.

black,white etc....gay and straight

you know....the longer i see this election go on,the greater the despair nothing will change.

there is NO future.....only small talk to get into office.

we need dreamers...people who can make the difference with a vision for our future and set the framework for us to work towards this goal.

I am not seeing it from either side.....and that is a great shame.
