I took a nice position in UIL a few days ago and put it in the bottom drawer for a few years at the minimum.
Holding 700 000 high potential acres in one lot , impossible to accumulate this large area again, co could do it because of the oil & gas bear market over last few years . The outside chance is this will repeat the AWE act over next two years, even if it does not should multi bag many times just based on the quality and large extent of the assets.
IPO came at 20 c , I was happy to buy at 3.4 c, if it falls again would be happy to buy more.
