@Johnnyzadeh......add this to the list of questions if you like....

As will all large holdings/holders along with numerous MOU with a number of entities in the company, is there any risk that a takeover could rare its head at some stage?...AND if such a takeover was to occur with a “private” Chinese company what would managements view be in relation to such a takeover given the possibility that any ongoing strategic decision-making could very well have Chinese government influence?

(This question is based on the premise that money leaving China is strictly controlled, and control could come in the form of "delaying" funding and in general create stifling of a time-sensitive management program).
