its amazing how the 10 year offtake contract has been ignored. The same thing happened to mmx when they recevied a 15 year contract to provide POSCO with ore, it took a while for this to be factored into the share price and now look at mmx, but the difference is that mmx is a world class hematite operation whereas ady is starting its climb up and lets not forget, its lithium is huge
