MULTIPLEX WINS CONTRACT TO BUILD NEW ADDRESS RESIDENCES IN DUBAI

Long-term Aconex customer and enterprise partner, Multiplex, has won another massive Dubai project, "adding yet another iconic tower to Dubai’s already impressive skyline.”

And, in another positive comment for Aconex from the developer,"The long-term outlook for real estate in the UAE remains positive" said HE Khedaim Al Darei, Managing Director of Al Ain Properties

According to the ACX FY16 AGM report, Brookfield Multiplex first standardised on Aconex in 2006.

Construction completion of the Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa is expected in late 2020. No project costs estimates were provided. The press release is below:



Al Ain Properties has appointed Multiplex to build the Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa in Dubai.

The mixed use project which consists of 77-storey tower, three basement levels as well as podium and ground levels, will have a built up area of approximately 257,000m2.

It will be the tallest tower along Jumeirah Beach Walk, and will boast amazing views of the Arabian Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa will feature a hotel with 217 rooms and suites, La Dolce Vita-inspired serviced apartments as well as unfurnished residential units.
