Speculation on OSL.
They have cash just need the right opportunity. The current guy sounds like a straight shooter.
To me if they are cutting unneccessary R&D it leaves a lot of cash for other things.
Not to mention they are debt free with $50M cashflow for any debt funded acquisitions. But I assume they may also do some fund raising with any acquisition.
