The over supply will be next year, my understanding but rpices reflect what is expected rather than what happens now.

I am just curious as to how much can be processed. Not much good having an oversupply if smeltering capacity is not increased. Though perhaps they are building some new ones as well. I don't know.

It is only ever going to be a short term undersupply, may come to nothing if there any strikes, delays, shut downs, but they work on what if rather than what is.
