Perhaps we'll see what the regulators have to say about this course of events. Look at the performance revenue criteria fed to the ASX to get the listing requirement approved - quite a distinct turn from that, and NOT in a long time frame.
Started to fall apart in the quarterlies - and now the AGM.
Kind of hard to believe this flip of Isity's revenue potential blindsided CH... Not good if it did or didn't.
