    Starman,

I can understand where Cortis is coming from in regard to consolidation, although I do not agree that she should have thrown the proxy form in the bin.

I have been through a few consolidations myself and, I can honestly say that I did not notice any benefits whatsoever as a result of such a thing.

My opinion is that if the Directors wanted to proceed with consolidation, they should have asked our opinion first via a circular, detailing their point of views on the matter and for us to vote on the matter separately. NOT AT AN AGM, where the whole issue can be covered and a lot less likely to be debated in a proper way and, in a way that suits themselves.

I am, what I believe to be quite a reasonable shareholder with a creditable amount of shares and, on my behalf I did what I thought was best.

I sent my proxy with a resounding NO!!! When the Directors will satisfy me with the reasoning behind these action, I will reconsider.

I would like to ask everyone here, how many of you have participated in a consolidation before, and honestly have you seen the immediate and/or long term benefit. YES YOU TOO NEWTOTHEGAME.

It is all good to say it is good but, explain to us how it is going to be good first. Once it is done, it is too late!!

    Good luck to holders......Buddy
