    Once the first SOA was defeated the board was given a strong message
    3 million dollars was wasted of our money
    Now 25 million has been raised toDrill
    We cannot go into a SOA till after drilling
    By then the pipe will be close to completion
    If they tried a SOA immediate legal action will be taken by shareholders
    Every lie in the book was tried before including
    Putting off the vote and they still lost
    A hostile takeover is the only wayMac can win
    So if they want my shares come and try and take them
