"Great mangement" doesn't allow a $7m CR at a discount to the previous raise, especially following the announcement of a "gun" CEO and the positive newsflow post-Nanotron acquisition.
As far as I'm concerned, MM can keep his money, sell his stock and do what's right for ALL shareholders.
