Andrew Monk - Basically Mr Organic, Chair of ACO. From my research he will add credibility to the MRG brand whilst allowing access to new add ons for future development. His record in making ACO a success is outstanding.
Keith Mentiplay - Brings diary into the mix, great operations guy with many years of experience and to my thinking could easily add on baby food products to the mix, which is quite exciting considering Steven's access.
Steven Si - Self made Chinese billionaire. He owns and controls large manufacturing business in China. Owns Kadac, one of the largest organic food distributors in Australia and from what I can see is keen to build a global organic food business.

I would expect that these three will have more directors to add to the mix (possibly two), which wouldn't be unusual in the time after them being voted in. These three will provide depth and weight to the board and fantastic experience on the ground from what I can see.

As to the spill, I think it will be a bloodbath, Sorenson and Nemtsas in conjunction with what appears to be a large group of supporters will surely vote for the new board. Case in point is the recent resolution proposed to allow the existing board to reinstate the ability to raise 10% of capital rule, such resolution was voted down 85%. Makes me wonder why to current boards seems so intent to "hang on", surely it would be in the best interest of the company to appoint to above guys to the board and resign asap!!!

Oh boy... i missed his gem of announcement. S&N are back and will make money for themselves again.., just not for you equity investors.... make no mistake... that's their track record. The board candidates look fine at first glance, but just the fact that they are associated with the duo makes them less credible IMO. Let the funny games begin - will watch from a fair distance..
