I cant recall exactly the parameters of "efficiency" but I can provide any number of graphs showing amp hours increasing and price declining. There is an abundance of research going on to continually improve the chemistry in lithium batteries.
This research will continue as the vast majority of the money being invested in battery tech right now is being directed to lithium.
Vanadium may win a seat at the battery table but it would be foolish to think that it will be the dominant player or to dismiss lithium battery tech.
