That's an excellent question. Does our "deadline" to CLC mean anything? If CLC continues to be non-functional, what recourse does TNG have to get around it, if any?

Seems to me like the April 2018 deadline will be missed. We won't have a licence for a while. And no production for another 24 months after that. Assuming funding successful and the Donald doesn't start WW3.

Oh, also, yes, Jvest, thank you very much for attending the AGM and the effort of posting a detailed report. I was in Perth two days before the AGM but had to return to Melbourne for work on Monday so couldn't attend the AGM myself.
