Diversification would be great, esp gold or Li is found within its own land. I think the main message is to lift the bulk grade to 60% plus. Maybe, Nev felt that it's a too much 'stretched target'. For a person with gold mine experience, that little lift is just a little piece of cake because the gold miners have to lift the grade from 1g/ton to 99%.

Not a expert, but I think that the lift from 58% to 62% should be achievable with an acceptable cost. Only one person matters in FMG's boardroom. It's a good change for me.
