Ann: Progress Report On Surat Basin Coal Project, page-2

I am here primarily for the silver project and can see the share price / market cap rising multiple on the back of that project alone. I know nearly nothing about coal projects, but am wary that society doesn't look on them favorably and with greener energy options becoming cheaper.

What is the likelihood this project goes somewhere?
What could it be worth priced into the market cap?
Doing some brief reading it would see some major infrastructure (rail lines) are still needed to this area for the project to be tenable?
