    Cortis,

The consolidation is not being forced upon shareholders, all holders have been given ample time to consider their options...which is what we must all do...if we're unhappy with the situation we have been given the time to get out!! this thing about the "little" shareholder in my view is rubbish...we all still have a voice and a choice...its our decison what we do with that!

have those that are in doubt contacted the company?? written an email or picked up the phone... have they done some research into the benefits/negatives of such a move.... do they consider that the company is moving in the right direction?? do they trust management?? have they looked at what there peers are doing??? all points that would need to be addressed when considering what to do....if you don't get the results you're looking for then I guess you have an easy decison to make...

I know I'm comfortable with the direction the company is going...and consider the consolidation a part of the process of turning around MPO into a serious CBM player... would I have done it- no....not at this time anyway... but given the likely growth in reserves that we could see in the next 6-12 months...the increased awareness in the sector, a rising gas price.... the consolidation is not at the top of my list when I'm assessing my decison to hold/buy/sell... I'll be at the AGM and prior to that if I still have my doubts or questions will have them addressed accordingly...

but I must admit having been in 2 consolidations before and both still doing very well...I've become a bit of an optimist...and consider MPO in the same regard...looking into 2008 & beyond...
