I applaud Andrew and the board's decision to appoint 2 females into the top paid jobs at FMG. This company has led the way with employment of aboriginal staff and now sending a very positive message to corporate Australia. A truly great Aussie company with an inclusive culture, which all shareholders can be proud of.
I cannot help but think that now the succession plan has been announced, there may be positive announcements on the way, which they have been holding back to allow Elizabeth Gaines as our new CEO to deliver the good news.
