You sound like you know every thing that is going on behind the scenes ? NOT.
The directors of both companys have MILLIONS of shares and interest in their respective company wether it is SDL or GBG. you obviously think that they are happy to blow it all away on a .. what did you say ? a stupid idea like a merger !!
I think not! You probable have less than a 100k of shares and quite franlky would do better to either -
A - shut up and sit back and let the qualified people get on with their job and make us all richer !!
b - SELL and still quit your wingeing.
