Following the reports just lodged, the company has the funds to go full steam ahead.
It should not be a problem to place the shortfall & get their hands on the remaining $1.75 mill.
The Gutnick Group must be a touch tight for funds as they did not take up their full entitlement ! They were entitled to another 40 million shares approx.
Hopefully, this stock can rally to the 1.5 - 2 cent range & keep under the radar before people start waking up.
If Gutnick comes up with the goods, all past will be forgotten & Diamond Joe will have his day of resurrection.
