If you have a look I am sure I seen that this spp is fully underwritten- which *should* mean that the company gets the money even if current holders do not take it up (any shares not taken up will be purchased by the underwriter- for a fee of course which I suppose makes it better for the company if holders do take it up hence the phone calls!)
