My take on this is that if you look at the volume you will see that a lot of buyers bought in and then it was pushed down on low volume. To push a stock to 27 cents from 20 cents requires a lot of interest. Therefore, this is not the last time we see 27 cents. Morningstar values this at 40 cents. The announcements are all about increasing revenues and profits. So if you are patient then you can easily double your money within 6-8 moths.
