Great update thanks for sharing ! If the 185M$ debt financing is confirmed then a ssubstantial re-rate of the stock price should be expected, that is where most projects stop dry (inability to get past a feasibility study and convince banks). The project would be highly derisked. The next biggest derisking is the 100M$ equity raisy, IMO the attractive 17% growth in HPA annual demand and the already derisked debt financing would highly facilitate the equity raise.
