RFN chart, page-894

Excuse my ignorance but why is there so much discussion and hype on a potential acquisition on here? Aren’t they just looking to implement Blockchain with a view to this being the platform to run the business off? Not being smart, just curious as to why an acquisition is being predicted? From what I understand it seems as though they are just on their way to fulfilling their strategy of introducing Blockchain, nothing more than that. I hope there is an acquisition but I’m not clear on why this would happen anytime soon. Post implementation and completion of their strategy perhaps. A company using Blockchain already would be way more valuable for a take over, but that would be down the line I would imagine.
