Apology accepted. You insinuate it yourself...it doesn't change the fundamentals of the company. So why the rush to do it? The ceo wants big funds to buy it and figured @ $2 they would, but the market cap is still only $1.3 bil or whatever it is so many of the big funds rules don't allow them to buy into such small companies.
