Been here since the day before moratorium was announced. Last raising in oct raised 1.9. You may be referring to earlier in the year @.002 that had options attached. It didn't go on directors fees as they are taking shares instead of cash. I got some of those but don't expect the price to hit the .008 for them to be converted anytime soon.
