I agree ClownTrader, if Witbank pulls off 10cents, 15cent would be cheap. This is a lot of coal.
They would be aquiring 70% of 152million tonnes of the stuff. With coal prices at around $115 per tonne thats about $12 billion!!!!!
Current market cap ~ $30 million!!!!
Most of the coal (~80%) can be removed from open cut mining so they can get it out fast and cheaply. Coal doesn't need to be processed like gold or other metals. Just need some trucks and your on your way. There is even a power plant down the road for them.
If your selling at 10cents you maybe missing out on a big profit, maybe even in the short term.
