I cant remember the last time I heard posters trying to put a negative slant on 2 institutional investors offering to underwrite a RI !
Some posters are still calling VA by xmas ...They are obviously the smartest guys in the room ; Why would Pacific conduct the sort of deep DD that they have and then offer to fund a $60m package? They are not in it for a s/t punt imo. They see value here and profits ahead
Rights issues rarely receive 100% uptake, it seems sensible to me to have underwriters in place and could be viewed as a vote of confidence in a profitable future ?
