No I stand by what I said. I believe that the consolidation was the way to go. Maybe Monday will be too soon as the settlement dates are extended and December is a "silly" month to trade. Most times Fridays are a good day to buy and a bad day to sell and todays result is consistent with that. There was a lot of bot activity today.
Generally consolidations don't work. Those I have seen in the past are dreadful penny dreadfulls trying to survive. Had Lynas consolidated at the 5c mark it may have suffered the same fate. Today's trading was panic selling by those expecting a fall because of the consolidation and computer programs exploiting the fear. Events that I expect in 2018 should show that in this case it will be a success.
Lets see what next week brings.
