there're some mixed feelings about the price but I think it's a good chance for me to jump on board on the 12th
this is just a way to reduce share registry cost and to reduce the no. of unmarketable shares.
It has a little bit of down side effect UNLIKE the share splits in which it could drop very heavy.
I experienced the share splits and I also experienced shares restructuring/consolidation and I never lost on those tradings.
I wish I could buy below 1.90 and I think it will surge back up depending on market demands.
