Here is another article, out today, about a lesson we did learn in a US trial, patient recruitment and retention. It's just more evidence that the US has its problems too.
Maybe the move to Russia is management's acknowledgement of the previous problem? If we did conduct the trial in the US and experienced recruitment problems, people would be blaming management for not learning their lessons. Seems that management is on a hiding to nothing whatever they do.
