The pattern I am thinking of has the US holding up for another day or two before succumbing.
The alternative is waiting till after the FED meeting on 31st.
FTSE got down to its line in the sand at 6400 the other day and has bounced.
SP500 got down to its make it or break support last night at around 1490 and bounced.
A decisive close below these levels and the rout starts.
