Even after receiving an email stating that my claim was successful, I kept getting asked to send proof of ID. I received this clarification today " Our requirements for proof of documentation has recently changed, please be
sure to provide the requested documents to support your claim.
After reviewing your request, it was determined that additional information is required. Please be sure
to include the back of your drivers license and medicare card."
Has anyone else had the same experience?
