Couple of points.
Any forth coming CR will just be your regular run of the mill broker raise, there won’t be an incoming statergic raise to a cornerstone investor and no one is coming for a 20% stake.
Dilution is of no issue to those at the helm, continuity of wages is a big one however.
Commissioning of the plant is over the next three months so no production at the end of next month unless they really get moving. On that subject as a new holder suggest you read over announcements from 2016 particularly time line to mining, I won’t say what those time lines were and what has happened since as those facts constitute ramping around these parts.
The manufacture of components in China was highlighted as a master stroke by WG but personally I am neither here nor there on that. The capex related to the processing cells has always been presented by the company as quite low and from the outside they don’t look that complicated. What was the additional timeframe required to manufacture vs off the shelf solution? If they saved 50 to 100k at a cost of three months was it worth it? CM was is paid 40k a month just in cash alone is his time better spent? And are replacement components available now if the cells have a breakdown during production or will they be waiting additional time for parts to be manufactured at the cost of production?
And on your final point regarding graphite demand FGR have made it very clear that they won’t be selling graphite preferring to value add by conversion to graphene. I have corresponded with Management in the past regarding selling graphite to bring in income and help reduce capital requirement at the cost of dilution, they have a few issues with selling graphite that some research will help you find and again if I bring it up it’s ramping with the goal of stealing your shares.
Welcome to new holders make sure you do as much research as you can so you are aware of all the information. If this was a CR pump (just my opinion) new holders that jumped in at the top ultimately drive the price further down on the other side as they dump to escape.
