Happens all the time, projects get parked depending on the owner's priority. 2002-2008 (approx) was all about Nickel is that area, so Bellevue's gold got overlooked and missed the last mining boom. Then the window closed (2011-2015) and now Bellevue gets a chance of reclaiming its former glory
