No you are not confusing MXC with another company. That is exactly what they were doing. Yes, this is a golden opportunity to set the record straight. While they have no deposit, you can be guaranteed they will be coy and say nothing. I believe they probably would announce it if they had the money. I think the market can safely infer no deposit, no announcement. Someone said managent are quietly shitting themselves ad this drags out. That is probably fairly accurate l would suggest. Fingers crossed it all works out as per the alleged contract.
