Strewth! How can you blame Costello for the high prices of houses in your street?
That was caused by our booming economy, plentiful jobs and credit............and people buying above the REAL value of property just to get what they want, leading to property prices that are grossly overvalued.
Now, if the economy, jobs etc werent there, property values wouldnt be so high, but unemployment would be considerably greater. Would you prefer that?
