ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 30 NOVEMBER 2007
Highlights
• Shareholder approval for the acquisition of the Canegrass Nickel Cobalt to now be sought at the AGM.
• AGM set for 30 November 2007, WST 9:30am, Novotel Langley, Perth, Western Australia.
Halcyon Group Ltd (ASX:HCY) wishes to announce it has decided not to hold an extraordinary general meeting on 30 October 2007, as earlier announced, for the purposes of seeking the requisite shareholder approvals for the acquisition of the Canegrass Nickel Cobalt Project. The business to be conducted at the proposed meeting in October 2007 will now be incorporated into the Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2007. This decision has been made due to the closeness of timing for both meetings and consequential savings in terms of cost, management time and shareholder travel requirements. The date, time and venue details for the Annual General Meeting are set out below:
