I might be showing my lack of knowledge here, but could Navigroup be using their first 20 million odd of shares bought at 0.11 cents to bring the SP down by selling them cheaply?
Have they already got these shares?
The LOI terms state that the next lot of shares purchased by Navigroup will be at 80% of the 30 day average SP. So is what they are doing?
